Export a report with nav bar 1

Sorry if the terminoligy isn't accurate, but is there a way to export a report to PDF and maintain the links on the left hand side (the record navigation bar)?

Well...It's not looking good for a solution..is it..but let me explain in a bit more detail what we are trying to accomplish...

We want to email a report to users in PDF format, and they really find it pretty meaningless to have to sift through 15-20 pages worth of items just to find their particular piece. If we could have the links on the side, they (obviously) could just click to their section.

Short of designing our own CR web interface, is this possible?
