I have set up a shortcut on my desktop for the explore function of the rt clk start menu (explore.exe). Is there any way to change where it opens, for example I would like it to just open to see My Computer It now starts in My documents. It looks like it has somthing to do with the "Location" but it's gray.

You can apply switches in the shortcut explorer command, or you can set explorer to always open, say at My Computer.
