The CICS only expands up to 24 possible station ports.
If you're talking about a MICS, you'll need at least a 2 port fiber expansion card, and a 0x16 fiber station module.

Yes he has a MICS if 32 ports used.
Google the info Rik gave you for the part numbers but make sure they are fiber not copper.
Powe down system, add expansion card and add 0X16 to the bottom port of the 2 then power up.
Your new ports will start at ports 301-316.
