We have a DOS Application that we use that requires
Expanded Memory. I haven't had any problems getting it to
work on about 20 XP Pro systems but I have 2 systems with
a Adaptec Raid card in them that i can't get expanded Memory to load.
I've tried everything I can think of and was wondering if
anyone knows any commands I can put in the Config.nt or
Autoexec.nt file to get Expanded memory to load.

Thanks
Mike

Hi, Mike

If you are using CMD.EXE as your interpreter, it is configured by _DEFAULT.PIF, usually in Windows folder. You have to allocate some expanded memory there. Likely it is defaulting to zero.

Thanks, but I've been through all that. I've tested it with another SCSI controler and works fine. So it looks like I'm just gonna set these 2 systems with the other scsi cards.
