exmerging outlook 2003 unicode format into exchange

hello all-

i am running exchange 2003, and i have used the latest version of exmerge to take about 20 outlook 2002 pst files and import them into exchange 2003 user psts- no problems. the last one i need is an outlook 2003 pst in the newer unicode format. it is 4 gbs, so i cannot manually convert it to an outlook 2002 format pst.

when i run exmerge on it i get this error: Error configuring message service (MSPST MS)
(MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR) (CMapiSession::CreateEMSPSTProfile)

like i said, ive already worked exmerge on 20 other pst files, but they were all outlook 2002 format.

how can i get this pst information into exchange?

We ran into this same problem and after a call to PSS were told you can't import it directly. Onlything you can do it open the file withing Outlook and then manually copy the data over.
