EXMERGE Download Not Working

I just downloaded EXMERGE from the Microsft site, and it doesn't work. Whether I run it from a command prompt or from Windows, I get this message:

"This application has failed to start because EXCHMEM.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

Thoughts?

You need to put it in the exchsrvr\bin folder.

Do you know if Microsft publishes a manual on using EXEMERGE?

Never seen a manual as such, but there are plenty of places online with usage tips.

Exmerge tool gives error in Windows NT 4.0 with Exchange 5.5 ?

We are in the process of Migrating exchange 5.5 from NT 4.0 box to exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 box.


I had downloaded the Exmerge tool from microsoft site and extracted it into our /exchsrvr/bin directory in my Nt 4.0 box and when I click on the utility I get this error:


"The procedure entry point GetComputernameExw could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"


This is NT 4.0 (Service pack 6) box


Any help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
