Exit Access then Log Off User

Is it possible to write vbscript to exit the Access app. then log off the user? I have had issues with some users forgetting to log off at the end of their shift and the laptops then becoming locked. Among other reasons, I need the users to log off so the computer doesn't become locked when the next person on shift is ready to use it.

Why not enforce logon/logoff times in group policies and disable passworded screensavers also?

That's a good idea however I don't have admin rights on these machines. I will have some trouble getting this done by IT. Where can logon/logoff time settings be found in group policies anyway?
