Parameter BSEC
BSEC=1 Secretary
BSEC=2 Boss
Profil 1 on Boss directory number with all Sec as answering position
Key assign with "PEN 1" on Boss and "PEN Dir Boss" on Sec
Pressing the PEN key, either from Sec (when DTS) or Boss activate profile on Boss.
Boss must be and is always DTS, while Sec can be any type (ATS, CXN, REX, IPEX).
All Sec can call All boss, even if not in the profile of the concerned boss, when the profile is activated
