Need assistance setting up Exclusion Button on 8.1

There's a new feature in 8.1 where every cos has exclusion override for bridging on page 2.

So, you'd add an exclusion button and set the COS for auto-exclusion, but you still need to set that new feature to no to avoid people from bridging on.
