Excluding mailboxes from Mailbox Manager Process

Hi,

Using Exchange 2003 Advanced on Windows 2003 server.
We have a Recipient Policy setup to delete email 30 days old from all mailboxes. However we would to exclude some mailboxes from this. Setup another Policy using article KB288115 but before I "apply this policy now" wondered if anyone else used this? I am concerned that you only have to apply this once.

Any feedback appreciated.
