I have a problem that when a new user is created in Active Directory and I then try to create a mail account for the user using "Exchange Task Wizard". In te Available tasks screen it only displays "Enable Instant Messaging" and not the usual list of options which should include "Create a mailbox".
Does anyone know why the create a mailbox option is not appearing. I have rebooted the Exchange server and it is still the same. there does not appear to be any immediately visible differences with this users account and others that I have created without any problems.
