I just started using Veritas for our Exchange backups. We have the Exchange client installed. Our exchange is version 5.5 running on a Windows 2000 server. When I do the backups everything seems to go properly. I can do a media image report and see the files on the tape. The problem is in doing the restore.
When I click on the Backup, Archive, and restore icon the job is not listed. I have tried changing to the Exchange client, Exporting the image from the catalog, nothing so far enables me to restore the backup.
I know I am doing something incorrectly, but at this point I don't know what that is.
