Exchange recipient policy

I have created a new recipient policy and I will to active it. Everytime I activate it it changes my users email address to there user name. I think it have to do with the filter choosing the logon name instead of the fist letter of the first name and the lastname.
I think it has something to do with the filter sorting by nicknames.
