Can I expect any problems if my domain controllers are running Server 2003 SP1 in native mode and I try to install Exchange 2003 on a server running Server 2003 R2?

you may need to run the adprep on the sp1 server from the CD for 2003 server relase 2 (2nd disk i think)

that only pertains to if the R2 server is going to be a DC. And, of course, running Exchange on a DC isn't recommended.

But - if it IS going to be a DC, Smorgan11 is correct. You need to run adprep /forestprep and adprep domainprep from the second R2 CD.

The Exchange server will be a member server, not a DC.
(Already have 2 DCs and they are SP1)
