Exchange Premium Agent v 11 Problem

Has anyone started using v.11 yet? We are having unusual problems with the Exchange Premium Agent. You are supposed to be able to backup down to the document level. It was working, no problems, we had to restore a user who deleted their inbox unintentionally. Worked great about 2 weeks ago. We needed to do another restore today. The only problem is some mailboxes are not being backed up entirely. Some folders just arent's there. To compound the problem some user's entire mailbox isn't being backed up at all. No errors in the log. Arcserve tech support told us that we wouldn't need to do a document level backup and a brick level backup. They said it was redundant. Guess I should have listened to my instinct and backed up both for a while until I was assured that ArcServe was working.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Why can't I ever feel confident with ArcServe and it's ability to protect our system?
