I have set permissions at the site, domain and mailbox store level to allow me to get into other people's mailbox's.

We have travelers that call me up and ask me to get into their mailbox and remove large emails before they try to dial in...I have checked the permissions at all three places and still can't open another users mailbox that is on this server. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

At store level, look at groups/your id that have the accesses marked as deny. This has the upper hand over all other perms.

Whoa, thanks for the quick response...I made sure of the deny by going into special permissions and editing the deny fields...Now, none of the default permissions are set to day...When I try to open a mailbox from within outlook, it tells me "unable to display the folder...folder inbox cannot be found."

Thanks for the response!
