Exchange not showing up in backup list

We are using Veritas Backup Exec 8.6. We have licenses for remote agent and exchange agent. Before when we setup the drives and files to be backed up, we had the option to backup individual mailboxes in Exchange. Now all the mailboxes are gone and Exchange isn't even showing up anymore in the folder structure to allow us to back it up. Does anyone know what happened, or why Veritas isn't recognizing exchange even though it recognizes the server we have Exchange on?

Enabled Restrict Anonymous Support on the MEdia server and remote agent server.

Just a side note: Symantec no longer supports 8.6. 8.6 is not tested with Windows 2003 or Exchange 2003
