Exchange Monthly Failed to mount media

Hi all,
For coouple of months i am facing the following error while backingup exchagne monthly full:

No appendable media could be mounted.
V-79-57344-33037 - Error - Mount failed.
Physical Volume Library Media not found.

I even added a new empty tape in our autoloader but all in vien.
All other backup schedules are working fine except for exchange full monthly.

please guide me how to resolve this issue, as we are lagging couple of months exchange full backup.

Erm, that sounds like a backup problem rather than an Exchange problem. What software, what version, anything else in the backup error log?

This event was for two user accoounts.
