Does anyone know how often you need to purchase the Exchange license and CAL's??

If I do not upgrade to a newer version can I continue to use my original software and CAL's for as long as I want? Or is it on a yearly cycle?

Thanks.

You do not need to renew if you keep the same versions.
A license covers the product or service, not limited in time.

Be careful if you have Software Assurance...if you have that, then you need to pay for that each year.

true, although not mentioned by matthew.
That would indeed be another matter.
