Exchange Information Store service terminated with error 1105.

After performing a successful restore of an information store to a spare server setup exactly like the original but with a different name, I receive and 1105 error that prevents the information store service from starting  Any suggestions.

1105...that usually happens on an offline backup, whereby the GUID's need to be brought inline with the new service, so it knows who's been assigned (or something like that!!!)....anyway run "isinteg -patch" but ONLY if the backup was made OFFLINE!!!!
