Greetings,

I recently completed a domain rename, everything went fine except one thing. I used to be able to create new users in Exchange, and I would get the inbox/outbox-all the exchange stuff (I did not set this up, do not know how it works). So, Exchange still works, existing users still can send and receive email. But if I create a new user the account does not create with an Exchange account. So how can I fix this so Exchange talks to the new domain?

Run the Microsoft Exchange Server Domain Rename Fixup (XDR-Fixup)

I hope you find this post helpful.

Thanks for your response. Does it matter that I have already renamed the domain?

I don't think so.
