Exchange Agent via Remotely

Hi I am trying to backup Exchange 2003 with Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 Remotely. I installed the Exchange agent and remote agent on the Exchange server. When I go to selections under backup job im not seeing individual mailboxes, etc. Like in this picture:

I can backup C:, System State, eg. the normal remote backup options but im not seeing the mailboxes, information store, etc. What do i need to do to see these remotely??? Thanks
