Exchange agent is installed cannot see mailboxes under selection

I have W2K, E2K and BackupExec 8.6. I have Exchange agent installed but when I created a backup job, when expanding my Exchange server, I do not see Information Store, Exchange Mailboxes, and Public folder. I can only backup the database and log files from the drive. How comes Mailboxes did not show up under the job selection? How can I restore a single mailbox or email in the mailbox if I just have the database files backed up? Thanks in advance.

Try with right click on Exchange server in the selection list and hit Refresh.

Mailbox Store should appear.

I've same problems with 8.6 and Mailboxes backup is done randomly.

When I browse the selections usually cannot see the maiboxx store till I refresh.
