Hello All,
I am trying to set up some Treo 650s to sync with an Exchange 2003 Server (Windows 2003 Server). The Exchange server is a standalone (I do not have multiple Exchange servers). I am trying to connect through port 80 without SSL.
Inside and outside of the office, I am able to connect to OMA and Exchange OWA and login without problems. I have verified that the users are set up for OMA. When I set up the VersaMail account and test the account settings, the test is successful.
On Versamail, I am getting the error message "There was a problem syncing messages. (0006) HTTP/1.1 403. Request Forbidden. On the Exchange server, I am logging event ID 3005 -- Unexpected Exchange mailbox server error HTTP Status Code: 409.
I have researched this problem and already tried turning off SSL and adding another virtual directory to IIS without SSL. I have found other references to a problem with front-end / bridgehead servers which is not the case here.
How can I troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
emilio
