Create a new account using clicking on TOOLS,Accounts, then Add a new account. Fill in the necessary info, email address, display name etc. When asked for the SMTP and POP3 server, enter your server name. If you are connecting through a LAN, then specify than under CONNECTIONS. Hope this helps
