exchange 5.5 sp4 spoof ?

Hi,
I have set not to reroute SMTP mail
i also tryed rerout with specific IP addresses and it is not eleminating spoof's
mail comes in to non network name but our domain, and it generates five times spam in exchange out delay que
looks like exchange 5,5 sp4 with some hot fixes is not working, unless i have an unvisible program that generates randum email names and it is placed in the deffered que, without sender ID "<>".
is there any way to not allow any mail to be qued without our network membets id ?
