Exchange 5.5 - OWA

When users are logging in using OWA the following error is being displayed "Internal error: failed to create MAPI.Session".

The user then is thrown out of OWA. Te only way to resolve this issue is to restart the Proxy server that OWA is residing on.

Anybody come across this error before ? only info I could find on the MS web site was Article Q293218, this however is not much help.
