Hi,

I have been receiving alot of Junk mail. Now i have put the addresses in the Message Filtering Tab in Exchange but im still receiving from those domains any ideas?

remember to put the @ symbol in front of any domains
ie @domain.com

I have done both of us these but still receive the messages?
any other ideas

Make sure that the domains you are plugging in are real domains. Do an NSLOOKUP and check mail.domain.com or or in the email (in Outlook at least) you can go to tools and options and see where the email is being sent from.

I have done this aswell but still with no success
is there anything else that it could be

I use our firebox to block out domains now instead of Exchange filtering, but in the firebox config you have to use wildcards *@domain.com

I know in Exchange you can use the wildcard #@domain.com but I have never tried it except for configuring our domain in the routing tab.
