Exchange 5.5 Forwarding emails to another user 1

All,

i have an exchange 5.5 server and i have from time to time setup special email accounts that are forwarded to anothers mailbox.

e.g. fred@company.com is delivered to his mailbox and john@company.com.

it appears that i can only forward the mail from fred to one user, being john@company.com

can i create a custom attribute to also email it to mark@company.com?

I have had a look around, but nothing seems relivant enough...
