Exchange 2003/Windows 2003 Upgrade

I am currently running Windows 2000 AD and Exchange 2003. Everything is running great, but I want to upgrade my domain to Windows 2003. Does anyone know if there is any issues with upgrading the domain to Windows 2003 while using Exchange 2003??

There is always a possibility of having issues.
Regardless of what anyone may post in here, there is really only 1 think for you to do: BACKUP !
