exchange 2003 upgrade to sp1 in cluster issues

i have a two node exchange cluster. I am attempting to upgrade to service
pack 1 fallowing the Article ID : 867624 exactly. I get to the point where I
move the virtual server to the upgraded cluster node and i enter the cluster
administrator to upgrade the exchage virtual server. I have verified that the
following is true.

• The Exchange virtual server is hosted on a cluster node that is running
Exchange 2003 SP1.
• The Exchange System Attendant resource is offline.
• Only the following resource types are online in the Exchange virtual
server group:• IP Address
• Network Name
• Physical Disk

• The Distributed Transaction Coordinator resource type is online.


I get Access Denied Id no: c0070005 error when I try to update that virtual
server in the cluster admin. i have checked articel 323915 and that did not
help.


please any help would be great.
