Exchange 2003 SP1 1

I was curious if anyone has had difficulty running BES with Exchange 2003 SP1. I am planning the upgrade and was curious to find if any others have had difficulties with this.

After installing Ex SP1, the Blackberry enterprise service does not start automatically as required (on my system), I've got a called logged regarding the issue and I suspect it's sometime to do with MAPI32.dll as blackberry is pretty fussy about which version it uses.
It will start manualy so it's no show stopper.

No other issue that I've found.

I've been informed by RIM that Service Pack 3 for BES in now available to resolve any Ex2003 SP1 issues.
