Exchange 2003 PS2 has Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Message Filter 3

we are getting a severe amount of SPAM
the Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Message Filter is now included in SP2 for exchange
Can we download this service pack and use it for SBS 2003 Exchange version or is there a special service pack for SBS 2003 exchange?

You would use the same one for SBS. And, the IMF *IS* included in SP2. Also, take a look at
