Exchange 2003 on a VMWare Virtual server?

Has anyone out there run Exchange2003 on a virtual server?

Here is the scenario.

HP DL380, Dual Xeon 3.8 Ghz, 4gb Ram, Connected to a SAN with 218Gb storage.

I plan on running two virtual servers. Splitting the resources in two. First server will have a small sybase database with 15 users. Second will be the exchange2003 server with 60 users.

Any comments would greatly be appreciated.

The scenario you mention is not supported by Microsoft. They do (now) support Exchange on Virtual Server but not on VMWare.
