Exchange 2003 Mailboxes & Public Folders Backup Problems, BE9.1

Ok, does anyone have the definitive way of setting up Backup Exec v9.1 to backup mailboxes and public folders ?

Background:

Have managed to backup / restore the information store no problem

When we try to backup mailboxes, we are getting Access Denied messages.

Have assigned the backup exec account Full Exchange Admin rights and have also read through tons of Veritas documents to sort this out but without any luck.

Please help !!

i think you have to recreate the user account/mailbox in active directory first then create the user profile in outlook, send an e-mail so its active then you can restore.
