Exchange 2003 Event ID Errors

Hey guys i recently installed an exchange 2003 server and i keep getting an error in the event viewer and i have no idea what it means. Any input would be greatly appreciated. This Warning occurs about every 10 mins.

Where does DNS point to on the exchange server ?

And Is DNS working on all the AD controllers ?
