Exchange 2000 Workflow

I am having problems with the SendWorkflowMessage method in that it does not appear to be adding the fields "

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/workflow/parentprocinstance"

or "

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/workflow/workflowmessageid".

Where can I find these fields that are supposed to be populated when using the cdowfStrict sending method. I have found a workaround but it requires sending 2 emails to obtain the trackingid from the trackingtable of the workflowsession object in order to have a reply fire the onReceived event of the workflow.
