Exchange 2000 warnings?

Can anyone make sense of these warnings? I'm was in the middle of an exchange 2000 rollout and I noticed these warnings in event viewer

I have a few warnings coming up on my exchange server 2000. Does anyone know if I should fix these problem or if its something I don't really have to worry about?

If they have to be fixed, what do I have to do to go about fixing the problem?

First warning:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: W3SVC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 101
Date: 4/15/2002
Time: 5:56:43 PM
User: N/A

Description:
The server was unable to add the virtual root '/Exadmin' for the directory '\\.\BackOfficeStorage' due to the following error: The system cannot find the path specified. The data is the error code.


second warning:

You can stop and start the default web site to get ride of them.

This issue occurs because the World Wide Web service (W3SVC) starts before the MSExchangeIS service
