Exchange 2000 Set up

Hello,

I have just installed Exchange 2000 on a new domain. I have an existing exchange 5.5 server which we are currently using in the old domain. Could you please let me know on how easy it will be for me to move all the existing mailboxes from the Exchange 5.5 server to the new domain Exchange 2000 server. Bbasically I want to move everything from 5.5 to the new exchange 2000.
What would be the best solutions you suggest I take
