Exchange 2000 + Instant messanger

Hi all.
Please, help me!
Just installed subj. It works, but when I try to add user to my contact list, by "search for contact", I got "no active directory is availabe":-((

btw, when i tried it on the machine, wich "keeps" Exchange2000 and Domain Controller, all worked!

But I cannot do it, from other machines in network:-(((

I user netmonitor, and I saw, how client machine, connect to A.D, through LDAP protocol, but their "dialog" was binary, so i couldnt understant anything...

Sorry for errors in my english. I am from Russia...

did you also install the IM Router and IM Home server? how did you install the IM ROuter? DID you have to configuration in the IIS router? I have only success in adding the HOme server but no router server? Love always,

dns problems to me

configure your clients to use the ip of the server as dns (its probably a dns server as it is running Ad and E2K)

that should do it.

You mean, to use DNS on A.D machine, as my primary DNS?
I did it, but it didn't help me:-((

Any more ideas?

For some reason, when I try to add a router it said there is not more IIS web site that can enable Instant Messenger.
WHenever, I trying to connect to Messenger, it say that it cannot find the service Love always,
