We had a user a few weeks back who filed her emails into different subfolders under her Inbox (approx 700 emails were moved). When the user logged in the next day remotly she said the emails she moved had come back into her Inbox.
To make sure she was 'telling the truth' we restored her mailbox - she was correct, the Restore showed the said emails had been filed and were in the folders she filed them to.
The above has just happened a secound time and the only thing in common we can see is that she was logging on remotly when she found that her filing had become 'undone'.
Without going into too much detail of system specs etc. has anyone here come across problems off email filing becoming 'undone' ?
