Exchange 2000 and Altigen voicemail

Our mailbox information stores have been ballooning over the past week due to a bug that is not published either by Microsoft or Altigen. For example a one store with one user whose mailbox is 740MB was 16GB. Microsoft and Altigen worked together to correct the issue yet neither have a searchable tech note about this fix.

If you are doing exchange voicemail synchronization turn it off NOW!

Contact Antigen directly for a fix, not available on the web site. The file that patches this problem has been available since January.
