When I create new accounts in AD, AD says that an Exchange mailbox has been created, but one has not. We noticed for all new accounts the msExchUserAccountControl attribute value is set to <not set> instead of 0 (0=enabled, 2=disabled). We have to manually go in and set the value to 0 before an Exchange mailbox is actually created. Any ideas?
