Exchang 2003 Management from more than one DC

I have a 2003 Domain with 3 DC's and 1 single server running Exchange 2003 Server.
I can manage users Exchange details from AD User and Computers on the primary domain. If I use AD Uses and Computers on another DC's in the domain my MMC does not provide the TABs relating to any Exchange settings.
It is a snap in I need to install on each DC..I thought as AD details get replicated to each DC then the Exchange details as well show show in the AD.
For network resilience this is of importance.

I believe you will need to install the Exchange System Manager program on the DC in order to see the Exchange info.

So where do I install this program from ?
This thne allows me to via AD Users and Computers to modify users Exchange details ?

To answer my own question....it is installed via the Server CD. You have to select Custom install of Exchange and just select System Manager Tool. This then goes off and installs the tools required to integrate the AD and Exchange server.
