Hello all
We have a number of external email contacts all categorised by city in public folders in Exchnage. We need these contact lists to be visible in Outlook as an email address book. The only way, at the moment is to go to each folder in Outlook and from properties select "Show thi folder as an email address book". This is a great pain as there about 20 folders and I have to this on everyone's profile on different PCs and we have a lot of temp using different PCs and so on. I can shrink the list more either. Nor can I ask them to do it themselves (too much politics).
Surely there must be ean easy solution. What about Active Directory? Anything in Exchange? something that the users (or rather ceratin users) can modify the list themselves.
I would be grateful for any suggestions urgently.
