Exceptions on Veritas Backup on Exchange

I received this message on my backup log this morning...is this anything I need to worry about?

C: Unable to open the item \\MAILSERVER\C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\queue\NTFS_dea774d901c5ebfe00020b39.EML - skipped.

That is an inbound email that was probably removed during the open at the start of the backup.

If that was my server, I'd not be concerned at all although I'd look to move the SMTP Virtual Server queue off C in case it backs up and clogs the disk.
