exception occurred TSQL subsystem

Anyone can tell me what can trigger that kind of error on a planified task?
Code: 
Executed as user: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. An exception occurred in the TSQL subsystem.  The step failed.

SP executed in my task run every 2 minutes since a while and haven t be change at all. Task got freeze I wasn t able to stop or restart it after I got this.

Any tip apprecied
