Exception 0E in Vredir...

A users' laptop has Windows ME on it. An error message of "Exception 0E in Vredir ... " comes up occasionally. I have tracked down the MS knowledge base article, Q293793, but in order to get the fix they offer, you have to call them. I can't figure out which phone number to call.

I need help with one of 2 things. Either I need someone to let me know where I can locate a copy of the fix or I need the phone number to call to get the fix. Any help would be appreciated.
