I have a computer running OS W95b at work that I built that is causing the user problems. When the computer is started up in the morning it works fine; however when the user prints for the first time (through a DOS based app)she gets the following error:
AN exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C1166E1E in VXD LPT(01) + 0000203A. This was called from 0028:C1166F07 in VXD LPT(01) & 00002123. It may be possible to continue normally.
Once she reboots her machine it works fine the rest of the day.
I have ask her to write down the message each time and give it to me. It is always the same error, but different memory locations.
It sounds like to me possibly a conflict with the printer driver, but I am not for sure. Do you have any possible solutions or suggestions?
Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Have a good day!
Thanks,
Mark Bassett
