We have changed our W98 machines to W2K. When trying to open a file on the network server wich contains some macros. When opened in Office2000 in windows98 everything works fine. When opened in W2K Office 2000 I get the following error:
Microsoft Excel ,

This workbook contains a type of macro ( Microsoft excel vision 4.0 macro) that connot be disabled nor signed. Therefore ,this workbook connot be opened under High security level.

What could be the issue? I suspect it has to do with privileges. But how can I change those?

In Excel goto: tools > options. There is a tab called 'security' on that tab is a button called macro security. Click this and change to medium level. It will now ask if you want to enable the macros.
